    I was hoping to use this plugin to replace my cron syncer process. I am using W3 Total Cache, the description indicates I need to use total cache or super cache.

    However once installed and activated, I get an error in admin screens stating:

    Looks like you don’t have your theme files sync’d. Click here to Sync them. Or click here to remove this message.

    Hi,
    It’s not longer listed as a dependency, however there is no reason it shouldn’t work along side it.

    Also that message for just now means the plugin hasn’t sync’d your theme files. I’ll be increasing this to an actual check that they are there or not in a future release.
