Lost MS Admin Status

    idk how but I lost my Multi Site Admin Status, now I am just admin of the individual site not super admin or whatever its called. There is no MS Admin now, but I do have phpmyadmin access. What MySQL changes do I need to make to make myself MS Admin again?
