• Hello,

I’m currently testing a new theme for my site and have one last bug: in every web browser, the header and featured articles section is different width’s. For example, in Safari, the width is normal (100%). However, in Firefox, the header and featured articles section just stops 3/4’s of the way (instead of covering the entire width).

    Any ideas? Thanks!

  • I would start with Markup Validation first, just to see what’s going on in your code first. Sometimes by correcting the smallest “errors” can help.

    Additional Resources:

Browser detection in the above link can be used for different stylesheets based on the user’s browser, this is going beyond the simple if IE.

Start with validator first, usually that’s where you’ll be able to rule out some possible errors.
