RSS feed not working, just scrambled text

Among a myriad of issues I’m having with my blog right now (www.kawaiikakkoiisugoi.com), the RSS Feed is all messed up too.

If you click the RSS link at the top of the page all you get is a jumbled mass of text, with some blog post titles thrown in and a bunch of HTML stuff. What is the problem here, and how do I fix it? I’m not HTML smart =/

And the blog as a whole is taking WAY too long to load recently. After troubleshooting a bit I’ve gone in and deactivated some Plug-Ins but I don’t know if that’s making any difference, and if not, how I’m supposed to fix this mess. thanks.
