Help! Recently, my site (http://simplythreemusic.com) suddenly started to randomly not load a page, and instead return "502 Bad Gateway The server returned an invalid or incomplete response." If I refresh immediately, it returns the error again, after the same long pause of about 10-15 seconds. Then if I try again, the site loads again randomly. This has been happening off and on for several days now, both on the back end (ie. disabling a plugin) and the front end (ie. clicking a menu page like "bios" or "videos", randomly, both logged in as admin and not).

If you go to my site, enter site, and start clicking around on the menu pages, you should run into the error.

I checked with my host, and they said they have no problems with the hosting. I also have disabled ALL plugins, and the problem is the same.

I recently added custom header.php and footer.php files when I made my new landing page...Maybe I coded something wrong?

Thank you so so much for any help or advice guys!

    Zack

No 502s but your site is REALLY slow - where's it hosted?

    Hey WPyogi,

Thanks for your quick response! It's hosted at freehostia.com...I am going to switch to Blue Host within the next few months. The weird thing is, it WAS wicked fast, until I recently made some updates to the site...I feel like it's my fault, not my hosts's. I just can't figure it out...

I have literally been refreshing and clicking on my site ever since I posted this, even until 2 seconds ago, and I keep getting 502s on Chrome and Mozilla.

Oh, I also just got a "504 Gateway Timeout" when I just clicked "Dashboard."

Would you recommend switching to Blue Host? Any other hosts better? I can just install a fresh theme and database, etc, on the new host, and hopefully that will also fix this issue. What do you think?

Although we do not personally endorse them, there are some hosts listed here. Also searching the forums using the keywords "host" or "hosting" may provide you with some suggestions.

Meu WordPress está com esse erro e gostaria de saber como posso resolver esse bug! Podem me ajudar?
Após as últimas atualizações que fiz, apareceu este erro (502 Bad Gateway) e não consigo mais acessar nenhuma informação do site, nem o admin consigo executar. Portanto, não sei quais versões de WordPress e plugins estão sendo utilizados no site.
