Add a link to take a subscriber to their profile page

I’ve looked everywhere and cannot find a way to add a link to my home page which allows a subscriber to go to their profile page. They can get there after clicking “leave a comment” but is there a more direct way to do this? Can I also put a register button on my home page? Again they can register only after clicking “leave a comment. Thanks
