password reset not working

    I am posting this message with permission under my web developer’s account. I am trying to reset my password for the wordpress.org and the forums by putting in my email address and requesting a reset. Unfortunately, I am not getting the reset emails and do not see it in my spam folder. Is there anyone I can contact about this. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

    What user ID are you trying to reset?

    I thought it was tedpenner but the system says that doesn’t exist. So I tried to recover the information via my email which is the same at gmail.com. When I try to put that it, the system apparently sends a message. At least I am told that I will get the information via email. It never shows up in my spam box.
