500 Internal ServerError

Hi there,

I have been trying to install my wordpress site onto a shared host using Duplicator. I have been following all the steps but I have been unsuccessful so far. The installation starts regularly but after a minute or so I always get 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have also asked my host to rise the timeout execution which is 300 seconds now but iI get the same mistake. I run out of options and I feel quite frustrated actually.
