500 Internal Server Error on Windows

    I just uploaded the latest release of WordPress to our Windows IIS server, and as soon as I access it I get a “500 Internal Server Error”.
    I’ve installed WordPress several times before on this server and have no idea now why it’s causing problems.

    Through some trial and error I think I’ve narrow the problem down to functions.php, or something included from there, but I have no idea at this point.

    Can anyone lend any advice?
