   After using w3 total cache,
   Website is opening fine in all browser and os.

   But due to header status code all search spider and bots are not indexing anything.

   Even after disabling plugin, geting same error again 500 internal server error in header status code.

   This error is not showing error page, It showing normal site. But wrong header status code are generated.

   No, it isn't, Frederick. Nice to see you back, by the way. After a deep look into error 500 prompts of various WP scripts and a plugin killing routine, the error vanished without further explanation.
