I have just updated from 2xx to 3.0.4 and started receiving the below server error when a job is started. First Iwas using the old jobs from the previous version, then I have created a new job but the result is same. Can you be in any help?

    “Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.domainname.com/wp-admin/admin.php?_wpnonce=a50b515ef2&jobid=3&page=backwpupjobs&action=runnow. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.”

And in addition to the above error, I am unable to see the Settings pages. Only the Tabs are visible but all of the pages are blank. Is this normal?

    Thanks in advance

    Hey there, epifani,

when you go to the new BackWPup dashboard, it says “First Steps” in the upper dashboard widget, and “Test the installation” underneath. Please run that test and see if it passes.

Also, please go to BackWPup->Settings ->Informations and post the top 4 lines of the settings table here (everything down to “MySQL version”).

    Thanks!

    as a feedback:
first, I ran the mentioned test and the page auto-directed to the settings page with the URL: “http://www.domainname.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=backwpupsettings#backwpup-tab-information”, and I only saw the tabs here but the pages were blank again; this was a failed test I guess.

then I have uninstalled the plugin and re-installed again and everything now works like a charm 🙂

thanks for your help and of course for the great plugin.
