500 Error Page after successful login

    Hi, I am running WP v3.9.1 with a custom theme on IIS7. The PHP version is 5.2.8. Wordfence is the latest version. I receive an IIS 500 error page with error FastCGIModule error code 0x00000000. The error appears only after a successful login. Then I hit “Back” in the browser and return to the login screen. Then I click on the the link to return to the front-end where the admin bar is displayed at the top. From there I can get to the dashboard and adjust settings for Wordfence. I have disabled all the plugins, only wordfence is active and the problem does not go away. Can someone point me in the right direction where to look?

    Any help will be appreciated.
