5 minute install?

    Really getting frustrated with this “famous 5-minute install” Please help. I follow the directions in the readme file. When I get to step five and click on the ” /wp-admin/install.php” hyperlink my browser opens and the page says “ReadMe documentation at your leisure. Otherwise, just fill in the information below and you\’ll be on your way to using the most extendable and powerful personal publishing platform in the world.’), ‘../readme.html’); ?>” then gives me two boxes to fill in but does not tell me what to put in those boxes. I have tried all sorts of ideas as to what to fill in the boxes but nothing works. Help anyone?

    Hi, I’m having the same problem as well. This topic shows resolved, can anyone let me know what needs to be done? I have no idea where the username and random password is generated. Help!

    after installation the user and pass is generated. You should’ve paid more attention when you finalized the installation.
