[Plugin: Members List Plugin] Only 4 Fields populate on my page

    I’ve installed this plugin, and thanks because it has the best potential. But I have added additional fields to my mark-up but I’ve found that only 4 fields show up on my page after I inserted the code into my WordPress page. Please help. I know it is reading all my mark-up fields because when I change the order, I can see the new data populate but only a total of 4 fields show.
