[Plugin: Sticky Manager] Sticky manager broken?

    when i click on “manage stickies” i get this error:

    Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘apsm_echo_admin_menu’ not found or invalid function name in xampp\htdocs\site\wp-includes\plugin.php on line 395

    can you fix it?

    i’m using the latest version of wordpress v3.0.3
