[Plugin: Content Slider by SlideDeck] slide deck won't insert into posts

    Also 2.9.4. We percussion-test everything.

    All plug-ins up to date. wp_head() just before </head>. Plugin will load when hacked into template (single.php), but the insert SlideDeck button in the post is non-functional.
