How to find subdomain of a user

    I am using multisite in wordpress. Let i have someone’s username who is the administrator /editor of a subdomain. I am trying to find the domain_id ( i.e blog_id ) while i only have the user_id.
    I could not find any way to do this. Please show me any way.
