you would have to get into the php of that particular plug in and change it…
Download the plug in into your desktop > search all files from that folder for the word “Last” and replace it.
Upload the folder in your plug in directory to re-write the files there
be carefull with this, back up all your original files
If it is a plugin you can use the editor under the Plugins panel to make a change to the plugin. There is a drop-down menu to make a choice of the plugin in the top right corner.
If it is part of the theme then use the editor under the Appearance panel to make the change.
It is part of the navigation, so it could very well be in the functions.php file.
Backups are always a good idea when making changes

wow, that’s a nicer, simpler and cleaner way of doing it!
I am using the pagenavi plugin and it was a matter of changing the language at the administration page.
