Show user profile fields on page

Actually I’m using wp3.0.3, but it’s not available on the dropdown.

I’ve installed Mingle on my site and now I would like to do the following.

I would like to say Welcome ‘user first name’ ‘user last name’
Your last visit was ‘ date’
With the Avatar – which I already figured out how to show.

Then I want the fields that I created to show:

Weighing in [kg’s/lbs] (should show the choice of the user)

Start date [date]
Start weight [start weight]

etc.

and then I want a link where the user can go and edit his/her profile.

I don’t want the whole code.

I just want the exact parameters to be used. I did find some snippets on the forum, but they don’t execute correctly.
