How to remove attachment from post, without deleting the media

    Howdy guys..

    So I find myself needing to be able to remove the association of some media from a particular set of pages/posts, but I don’t want to delete the media or the pages/posts.. Just the association..

    I want the media to stay on the drive and the post to still exist, just lose the association of the attachment to the post/page in question..

    Is there a way to do this? Or is there a plugin I should use to do this?

    I have the same Problem.
    I also want to break the association but want to let the Attachment intact in the Media Library.

    Plugins or suggestions for programming it myself are very welcome!
