[Plugin: Schreikasten] Limit "Comments" per day for registered users?

sebaxtian 1st i must say that your plugin is excellent.. no words to doubt it! 🙂
for now i am the 1st person that vote “it works” and gave it 5 stars and im sure more will come 🙂
now to my “wish”

one thought and maybe it;s easy so if yes,u can tell me how to do it if i possible even now (i have knowledge of php, access to database etc)
my plan was to act the shoutbox not as chat, bar, funny place etc but some thoughts from users that are “serious” (u have this option and is great, how to act the shoutbox/chat/etc)
but if those “serious” authors can post “thoughts” all the day it’s the same and they are gonna make it playground, i mean it would be chat again. (i have set ofcourse all the members as registered in order to post a comment.
so u think it would be easy to put like a “limit” to per day comments ?
like after 5 posts per day in the shoutbox ,a message like “blocked” ?
tell me what u think of it.. your plugin i say once again that is awesome and plz make a paypal account
