Category View – Show Sticky at Top?

    I have this category view that is pulling posts from a specific category of posts – very basic. However, for some reason, sticky posts do not appear at the top anymore. I read that sticky only works on the home view and not elsewhere. To me, this is somewhat weird.

    Does anyone have any basic wordpress function that could override this and make sticky appear at top?
