Issue With CAtegory Posts Widget

    For some reason after using it on several sites I cannot get the category posts widget to function on a new site.

    The issue is when I got into the widget area to configure none of my categories are showing up in the drop down to select the category I want to filter by…

    Any ideas?

    I have two categories right now…they show in the word press dashboard. But when I add the category posts widget OR the standard categories widget, it shows “no categories”.

    Ideas?
