try manually deleting it from the DB, then if it returns I’d suggest you may have some malicious code in your script…
Try refreshing your page, clear cache then delete the comment and refresh the page again.( I know it sounds lame )

Hello Duck_boy. Thank you for your suggestion. I have absolutely no idea how to do that! I’m good with css and php but the mysteries of databases elude me.
Okay, I did manage to solve this problem. Sadly there wasn’t anything elegant about it, though. I just deleted the post that the comment was associated with, and the pesky little thing disappeared.
Not a smart fix, but an effective one, nonetheless.

Hello. I have a strange little thing happening. A comment that won’t delete. Every time I click the trash link for it, it disappears for a moment and then reappears. Very creepy. Not sure how to deal with it.
So, I edited it and removed all the content, thinking it was something in the content that was the problem, but that didn’t work.
Any suggestions?
