I am not sure as to how the extra code made it into the post URL, it could have possibly happened when you were typing in the title of the post and hit some keys without noticing.
However you can modify the post URL by visiting the post’s page in the Dashboard and clicking the Edit button located directly under where you type in the title of the post.
The url look clean in the control panel. There are no odd characters or extra spaces. Plus the 1st url below is good, but it defaults to the screwed up one.

I run a tidy ship at http://baldpunk.com and I hope this will not be a reoccurring problem.
Thanks,
Joe
Odd that it doesn’t show anything within the Edit post page. It may be an issue where you will have to go into the database to manually fix it.
While the page is still working and accessible is editing the database something you would be comfortable doing if I provided instructions?
If the problem persists, I guess I will have to fix at the database level. I hope I don’t have to do it for each post though…
In the dashboard, I clicked edit and retyped the post url. That fixed it. Have no idead why it was screwed up in the first place…
Good to hear! Glad you got it working correctly.
