    Are sure you using twenty ten theme as I do not see anything like webpage

    Use the Admin->Appearance->Menus system to create your menu. For the ‘Home’ link, use a ‘Custom Links’ entry with the URL of your outside site and a Label of ‘Home’. Set up the other menu items the way you want them. Assign the menu to the ‘Primary’ area and save it.
