    Simple question regarding GNU/GPL Licence rules with WordPress.
    If I offer wordpress to someone for free, can I still charge for setup/customisation of the blog?

    Yep. The main gist of the GPL license is that if you modify the source code and choose to distribute it, then you also have to make the code available.

    There is nothing prohibiting providing paid services such as setup/customisation.
