no WWW plugin

I used plugin “NO WWW” to redirect from http://www.xn--cebemzu.com to xn--cebemzu.com. The result is so, that redirection acts from http://www.xn--cebemzu.com to xn--cebemzu.com/index.php
Please help me to finish this redirection as it should be done.
