   I want the side bar to have the color of the main part of the blog (the place where we write) and that part, the color of the sidebar.

   I have been searching but I havent founf a simple question on how to change these two.

   You might want to post a link and let us know what theme you are talking about... Depending on the theme, there are a few places it could be in.. whether in the css or hardcoded in the html of the .php file

   All the backgrounds are images:
   http://blog.goukisp.com/wp-content/themes/default/images/kubrickbg.jpg
   Make your own image with the colors you like and replace what you have now.
