Posting Image Positioning on IE

I need help to posting image on my WP 1.52 blog
Here is the code that I put on my admin posting box :

And as the result, working good on Opera and Modzilla browser, but it doesn’t show up on IE
I don’t know what’s wrong here and need your help as I don’t know much about this CSS
