Looking for a plugin that extracts data from forms

I run competitions on my website, people fill in the form (I use SI contact form plugin for the forms) to submit their entry, this is then emailed to me and I have to manually extract the data to Excel to record all of the data in one place. Is there a plugin, or any way for this to be automated? It’s taking hours to do and I’m sure it’s easily autmoated I just have no idea how!
