auto hide posts – update user level for private marked posts

I recently activated an “auto-hide-posts” plugin, which can be found here:

.. but i was wondering if there is a way to edit it so that the posts that are automatically made private after “n” days, if there is some way to edit the user level needed to be able to read that post?
