Comment Author Link Not Functioning

When a comment is posted on my blog, it won’t display the author’s name as a link. I’m using the <?php comment_author_link(); ?> tag, which is supposed to do exactly that. Here is a link to my comments.php template file.

Any help would be much appreciated. This is the only pending item for the CSS Reboot
