[bug] admin ui, text input foreground color

Hi, wordpress team.

I use a dark theme of GNOME, so the default color is dark background and white foreground. So in firefox every text field has a black bg and white fg by default.

However, I find that many of your text input has override the background to white without rewrite the foreground color. Then the usability has turned out to be terrible . Hope you will fix this in coming release: set foreground color every time you override the default background color.

Actually, even in this text (the textarea of the forum). You have override the foreground to be black but forgot to set the background color. It is hard for me to input.
