How to display my Custom Post Types?

    Hey, I’ve created a few Custom Post Types (portfolio, gallery) and I’ve no idea how to access them? Every tutorial ends at adding custom field type items, but none shows how to add them to main menu?

    I want my portfolio & gallery custom post type to display in the main menu (‘show_in_nav_menus’ => true doesn’t help at the moment) and to display all items after clicking the proper link (Portfolio in main menu displays Portfolio Items and Gallery displays Gallery Items).
