480 x 390 iframe size … where does it come from?

I notice that when I emebed a video it automatically comes out this size via the iframe specified size. Where is that coming from? I am using twenty ten and have searched my WP core files for 480 and can’t find it. I have also looked at the embed settings in the dashboard and can see how to set max embed size but not minimum. Please help!!!! Thanks!
