   I am attempting to give authors the ability to upload files and link to them in their posts. I'm hosted on a win2003 machine.

   I've given the IUSR_* accounts read/write access to the wp-content directory. This allows the Upload feature to work.

   However, when one tries to view the uploaded file, the server indicates that the file cannot be found. Try http://www.cogniza.com/wp-content/W9.2005.01.pdf to see for yourself.

   It doesn't seem like this is a rights issue. Does anyone have a thought on this?

   OK, I'm a dumbass...

   The Url needs to be http://www.cogniza.com/blog/wp-content/W9.2005.01.pdf.

   I changed
   href='/wp-content/W9.2005.01.pdf'
   to
   href='../wp-content/W9.2005.01.pdf'

   Any way to get the upload script to recognize its location and modify href accordingly?
