   I have moved server;

   My blog was previously at http://www.well-of-dreams.com/blog, but is now at http://blog.well-of-dreams.com.

   The blog keeps looking for all its files and links at http://www.well-of-dreams.com/blog, and I can't access /wp-admin/options-general.php to change it because it keeps trying to find the page at /blog, even if I type the whole url in.

   I dont know what to do! x_x

   You need to change BOTH values in the above guide.
