Assign posts to a specific user.

Hi everyone! I wish you could help me!

I need to create a section in my blog for my customers to see the material I prepared only for them. That is, I need my customers log in and see all the materials I have prepared for them over time. And these material can be only see it by them.

I looked at the forums and I have only find plugins that create groups of users to view any private posts. But what I need is to assign posts to each individual user to be them the only ones that can see the post.
