   I wanna study how wordpress works.but I can not find any document about development,must read the sourcecode all?
   and I can't explore "the wordpress codex",the page cann't open.I would really appreciate any help you could give! Thanks in advance.

   You can't access http://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page ? Try accessing it through a web=based proxy, like: http://www.the-cloak.com/

   I have downloaded the documents througn the url podz gave.but can't access ttp://codex.wordpress.org/main_page,
   I will try to access it through Proxy.
