I wanted to post a quick thanks to the WP staff and dev team, forum mods, and other posters who have helped me with WP issues. I've been using WordPress for a year now and even though I know enough to properly muck up an install, I am amazed that there is still so much for me to learn about what can be done with this system. The Codex is one of my most used bookmarks as well as the websites of several individuals who post here. :)
I greatly appreciate the time and effort you guys have put into posting resources, tips, tutorials, and other information to help nudnicks like me truly personalize WP installs and fix things when they go all wonky. :D
After two days of crawling through various posts here and printing about 60-something pages from the Codex, I've finally finished additions to my current theme on my website: http://www.nitallica.org/
The theme was originally using hardcoded links to things like header images, search buttons, etc. There were no author, category, single, page, or search PHP files. I learned how to properly fix and/or make those using the Codex. (Yay me! hehe)
I couldn't have done it without y'all. So here's a big THANK YOU! :D
