    Hello,

    I just downloaded the software. I was wondering, do you need to install the information on your hosting provider first or work on customizing the theme. Also, what are the standard blog widgets that are included without further customization.

    If you want to use server and work within admin then yeas you need upload and install wordpress on server before you can do anything.

    I am new to wordpress. I have been having an incredibly hard time understanding and using this so called 5 minute easy installation. What I need to know is a step by step process of how to install a wordpress theme and take it from there. I have attempted to use the instructions for installation by wordpress but I don’t understand them.

    I am currently using the Iweb program for mac which is outstanding and incredibly easy to use. However, I understand that wordpress is what I need to create a site that will draw in viewers. Any help out there? I am getting very frustrated by wordpress.
