WordPress Multisite import doesn't show images? | WordPress.org

We’ve successfully moved our main WordPress multisite to a new server and now we are working on consolidating some separate WordPress blogs into the multisite install. This has been a long and annoying process but FINALLY we got everything moved over, multisite set up and domain mapping worked out. Then we imported the single blog content over in a new blog on multisite. Works great! But all her iamges are gone. I am thinking this is an issue with Multisite but am wondering what to do. Are her images anywhere on the server?

Hi,

You will have to move your images from the old server to your new one.

If the images were in “wp-content/uploads/2010/10” … now you should add then in “wp-content/blogs.dir/2/files/2010/10”.

Make sure you replace “2” with the site ID in WP MU.

Ok, moved and now they are in the media library but I need to figure out the changes referenced in http://wordpress.org/support/topic/multisite-image-path-error?replies=35 to get them to show up on the blog. I’m going to mark this resolved since it solved part of my problem and the rest of it is referenced in that thread above.
