Language direction problem

    I have a site that I need to publish in Chinese. I need the Admin side of the site to remain in English, as I don’t speak Chinese!

    I have included the languge code in my config file:

    define (‘WPLANG’, ‘zh_CN’);

    I have also created a rtl.css file, to override the css.

    But when I view the source of the page, it says:
    <html xmlns=”http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml&#8221; dir=”ltr” lang=”zh-CN”>

    But I want the direction to be rtl.

    Any ideas anyone??
