Permalinks 404s

    Hello everyone.

    I have not had a problem with any of my other sites, however on one site I run http://theaquamarinemagnolia.com when I change the permalinke structure to anything but default it 404’s. I have changed the .htcaccess file, made sure it had the right permission and everything. I am lost. Any suggestions?
