    Hello folks, I have installed Spam Karma 2 (SK2). I have been facing some issues with it now. I get this error message:

    Can’t fetch comments.
    Query: SELECT posts_table.post_title, spam_table.karma, spam_table.id as spam_id,spam_table.karma_cmts, comments_table.* FROM wp_comments AS comments_table, wp_posts AS posts_table LEFT JOIN wp_sk2_spams AS spam_table ON spam_table.comment_ID = comments_table.comment_ID WHERE comment_approved != ‘1’ AND posts_table.ID = comments_table.comment_post_ID ORDER BY comments_table.comment_date_gmt DESC LIMIT 30
    SQL error: Table ‘bhooshan_wrdp2.wp_sk2_spams’ doesn’t exist

    Secondly I was surprised to find that SK2 has not created any tables in my database. I just wanted to know the reason behind this and how do I get things back on track.

    Thanks Podz. I have done exactly the way you have prescribed. It’s not forming the tables in the database. 🙁

    Any other ideas on resolving this? think this is a very rare case where it’s troubling the user 🙁

    Bhooshan:

    Have you tried the “Reset All Tables” button under “advanced options”. It should re-create these tables that were apparently never created for some reason… If it doesn’t, it will at least spit out an error message. Please copy this message and send it to me.

    Phew..Dave you’re godsent O:-)

    I did as you told me and I have got SK2 running smoothly. I can now recover some comments on my website which were not spam at all 🙂

    Thanks for your help and thanks for developing this wonderful plugin O:-)

    I’m wondering about the order of the spam filters. More specifically, I have a few terms in my “comment moderation” box which is suppost to hold comments for moderation. It seems that these terms are no longer active, as 1 user whose IP I’ve added into this box is now able to comment freely (the bastard! ;-). Any thoughts? Thanks!
