[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] Still stuck with no way to change P&P to S&H??? UNBELIEVABLE!

Wow, can’t believe that here in the U.S. users STILL have no easy way (or any way at all that I can find) to change every instance of P&P to S&H. Unbelievable. P&P means absolutely nothing to shoppers here and is very frustrating to have that show up where obviously it should say S&H. I’d wager a guess that there are more users of this plugin here in the U.S. than nearly anywhere else in the world. So………..

We need a fix for this.
