Moving a wordpress site to a new host – how to??

    I have been asked to move a static page website (around 100 pages) to a new host provider as the current provider offers zero support. How do I do this? Are there any plug-ins for example that would make this easier?

    Please treat me as a newbie! I have great html and css skills but when it comes to sql databases it needs to be real simple!!
