How to change "Home" nav link to something else?

    On my sandblaster site I am trying to figure out how to change the anchor text from saying Home to something else and I am starting to get frustrated.

    I changed this before with one of my other wordpress sites and it was quite easy to change and spot in the files. For this theme its different. Does anyone know what I might be able to change this?
