[Plugin: Facebook Like for Tags] Upgrade to 1.4.1 might be broken

We have received feedback that upgrading from within WordPress dashboard produces an error. While we are looking into this issue, you can always grab the zip-file from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/like-for-tags/ or from http://www.ingboo.com/pvm/plugin and drop it into your WordPress plugin directory.
